The Ministry of Education and Science has announced a public call for financial support for non-governmental organizations that manage learning centers registered with the Ministry, with the aim of supporting and promoting the education of students from the Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptian communities.

Through this call, the Ministry aims to improve learning outcomes and participation in pre-university education through supplementary education, capacity building for learning center staff, strengthening cooperation with schools and Municipal Education Directorates, and raising parents’ awareness of the importance of education.

The application deadline is August 3, 2026.

Non-governmental organizations registered in the Republic of Kosovo that meet the criteria set out in the public call are eligible to apply.

Completed application documents must be submitted in person to the Ministry of Education and Science, Office No. 4.
