The Minister of Education and Science, Hajrulla Çeku, participated in the launch of works for the renovation and adaptation of the old school building into a nursery for children in the village of Carralevë, Municipality of Shtime.

Minister Çeku welcomed the start of these works, emphasizing that investments in early childhood education are crucial for children’s development and for improving the quality of educational services.

This project, valued at €178,623.20, is financed by the Ministry of Education and Science, while its implementation is expected to be completed within 12 months.

The project foresees the full transformation of the existing school building into a functional and modern nursery, with the aim of increasing capacities for early childhood education and care.

This investment was made possible as the Ministry of Education and Science, in cooperation with the Municipality of Shtime, constructed the new school building, thereby freeing up the old premises for re-destination to serve the community. Through this initiative, the educational infrastructure is improved and access to early childhood education services for children in the area is expanded.
