The State Council for Teacher Licensing (SCTL), based on Administrative Instruction 12/2023 on the criteria and procedures for the approval of professional development programs for teachers and educational staff, as well as the Strategic Framework for Teacher Development in Kosovo, announces the opening of the call for:
- Providers of training programs for in-service teachers and educational staff; and
- Training programs for in-service teachers and educational staff.
Eligibility to apply as training providers is granted to all legal entities registered in the Republic of Kosovo, as well as in other countries, that offer professional development programs for teachers and educational staff.
Applicants are encouraged to submit programs related to the following priority areas: early childhood education, teaching and learning, management and quality assurance of educational and training institutions, student assessment, inclusion in educational and training institutions, vocational education and training, and adult education, development of digital competence
The application period is open from 18 June to 17 July 2026.
Documentation must be submitted to the archive of the Ministry of Education and Science, Office No. 04.
