Minister Çeku welcomed the students who won medals at the World Mathematics Olympiad

Acting Minister of Education and Science, Hajrulla Çeku, welcomed the students of Kosovo’s representative team who won medals at the World Mathematics Olympiad held in Frankfurt, Germany, along with the coordinator of the Mathematics Olympiad in Kosovo, Emin Hoxha.

The students participated in this large-scale international competition among more than 20,000 students from 173 countries worldwide. Out of the eight students representing Kosovo, each managed to win at least two medals.

During the meeting, Minister Çeku congratulated the students for their dedication, representation, commitment, and achievements, emphasizing that these results are proof of the potential and talent of Kosovo’s youth in the fields of science and mathematics.

The students expressed their gratitude to Minister Çeku for his hospitality, congratulations, and continuous support, while also sharing their experiences from participating in the Olympiad.
